Returns & Exchanges

At RainSisters, we want you to feel confident and elegant in your new coat; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization form.

• 2.
  Pack the Garment

  Carefully fold the coat and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected and crease-free during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
